
Training Lab provides engaging, practical business-training programs in leadership, teamwork, sales and communication. They came to us needing a website structure that clearly reflected the connections between courses, coaches, blog posts and services — so that every piece feels integrated and works together as one ecosystem.
We mapped out the content flow so that each course page links smoothly to its coach, blog posts tie into that same coach profile, and related courses are shown dynamically in context. A custom form tracking mechanism was built so the client always knows from which page a user signed up — seemingly simple, but requiring precise data-flow behind the scenes.
We designed and built a custom WordPress platform with four distinct custom post types — courses, coaches, vacancies, and blog. A dynamic linking system was built to automatically connect coaches to their relevant courses and blog articles, and to display related courses based on category when no specific coach is available.
Custom templates were built for each post type, each designed with logic to pull in related content and ensure brand consistency. A custom sign-up form with page tracking was implemented to capture lead source data accurately. The site architecture was planned for SEO properly. The site achieves 8,500 organic clicks per year and a 1.6-second LCP on mobile with Core Web Vitals passing.
