We restructured the entire navigation and product discovery flow with CRO principles at the centre. Custom product filtering, strategically placed product suggestions, and tailored review displays were integrated to support both the product catalogue and the content-rich blog and recipe sections.
Two distinct checkout flows were built — one for private customers and one for legal entities — with separate invoicing logic and email flows for each. Conditional transactional emails were configured to send the right information based on order type and delivery method. The B2B and wholesale section was built with custom fields for easy administration. Analytics and email marketing were set up before launch. Full SEO optimisation was applied throughout, contributing to steady organic growth of over 12,000 clicks per year.
