
Our primary focus was to introduce a smooth online booking system, ensuring clients can easily schedule appointments. We also had to ensure it works well for admins on both mobile and desktop — allowing them to view, reschedule, and manually add appointments effortlessly. At the same time, MARFA Hair Bar needed their unique brand represented in the best possible way.
Their identity is distinctive and premium, and the design had to reflect that while keeping the experience simple and direct — guiding visitors through services and making booking as easy as possible.
We designed a fully custom website with strong brand alignment throughout — typography, spacing, imagery approach, and colour all reflecting MARFA’s identity. The online and offline booking system was integrated and configured for both client-facing and admin-facing use, allowing the team to manage appointments from any device.
An Instagram live feed was embedded to keep the site feeling fresh and showcase ongoing work automatically. Multilingual integration was implemented in three languages to serve Riga’s diverse audience. A pop-up banner was integrated for promotions. Full SEO optimisation and image processing were completed as part of the build. The result achieves 89% mobile audience and a 70% engagement rate.
