Helen Seward Latvia’s online shop had been operating since 2018, initially built on the Mozello platform by the owners themselves. Over time they recognised the platform’s limitations — the lack of technical flexibility and the amount of time it required to manage was simply too much. The objective was to migrate to a modern WooCommerce store with a beautiful design, improved user-friendliness, and professional features.
The goal was to provide customers with an effortless browsing experience, clearer product discovery, related product suggestions, user profile functionality, and automated order management — while preserving all existing SEO equity through a clean migration.
We executed a full platform migration from Mozello to WooCommerce, mapping and implementing 738 301-redirects to preserve all existing search rankings. A completely new custom design was built from scratch, with dedicated product and category page templates.
A user profile system with role-based pricing visibility was implemented — registered professional customers see trade prices that are hidden from public visitors, a critical feature for Helen Seward’s B2B channel. Automated PDF invoicing was configured for all orders, and delivery tracking codes were integrated into transactional emails.
Related products and recently viewed sections were built to improve cross-sell performance. Three languages were integrated throughout.
