Eviart Frames is a creative workshop in Riga specialising in personalised frames, mirrors and interior design objects. The client came to us needing clarity: they had nearly 400 custom-size frames and a range of services but lacked a website structure that reflected how everything fit together.
We stepped in not just as developers but as strategists — helping them define how services, custom orders and fixed-price products should flow, and crafting a website that supports their business logic.
Custom-order items couldn’t be treated as standard e-commerce purchases, so we devised a hybrid approach: show the full range with filtering by colour, category, and size, with a Custom Order button alongside the store for fixed-size frames. We also guided the client on visual strategy, SEO-friendly naming conventions, and category logic. The result: some keywords reached top-3 positions within two weeks of launch.
We began with a strategy phase — mapping the product catalogue, defining category logic, and advising on how to name and photograph frames for maximum SEO and visual impact. The category structure was built with SEO-optimised titles and hierarchy, contributing to strong early rankings.
A custom-order workflow was developed to handle non-standard frame requests — customers can filter the full range, then submit a custom order form rather than a standard checkout. A separate ready-to-buy store section handles fixed-size frames. Service pages were built explaining framing, restoration, mounting, and installation clearly. A blog and Our Works gallery were added for ongoing credibility and search content. Multilingual structure was implemented throughout.
