BLAST.LV is a major Latvian specialist in tyres, wheels, accessories and vehicle-service solutions. We were brought on board to build a fully integrated online platform that handles their large product catalogue and service operations with precision and clarity.
From the start we worked not only on development but on strategy: mapping how over 13,000 products should be structured, how the service offering and booking flow would work, and how custom integrations would support the business. Products carry detailed parameters fetched via integration with a major tyre manufacturer, with custom logic to parse and group product names and map filters for width, diameter, season, and brand.
We also built a robust service section with custom post types, galleries, pricing templates, and a booking system. The custom calculator lets clients estimate costs for their project and receive an offer — built entirely around their specific workflow. The result is a high-performance, flexible platform built to scale.
We started by mapping the full product architecture and integration requirements before writing a single line of code. The manufacturer API feed was integrated to sync over 13,000 products, with custom logic developed to parse and transform raw product data into clean, filterable catalogue entries. Custom meta-field mapping was built to support multi-parameter filtering by season, width, diameter, brand, and category.
On the service side, we built a complete service section using custom post types for service variants, gallery templates, and pricing structures. The booking system was built from scratch to match BLAST’s specific slot-based workflow, and the custom cost calculator allows clients to estimate their job and submit a date — not a generic plugin, but a tool tailored to their operations.
Conversion Rate Optimisation was applied across all product and service flows, with mobile-first responsive design and SEO-aware architecture ensuring the platform performs and ranks well.
