The client needed a visually striking and high-performing website to reflect the bespoke nature of their brand and products.
The goal was to deliver a smooth and elegant user experience, making it easy for customers to browse, configure, and purchase custom automotive parts online. We developed a highly tailored e-commerce platform with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design. The multi-step car configurator allows users to navigate through car makes and models, dynamically guiding them to relevant product pages.
A fully custom filtering system handles complex product variants, and the checkout includes VAT validation for EU businesses with country-specific tax rules.
We designed and developed a fully custom WooCommerce store, beginning with the brand identity — logo, colour palette, and visual language were created alongside the store to ensure the high-end positioning was consistent from day one.
The multi-step car selector was built to let customers first choose their vehicle make and model, then see only compatible parts — a technically complex feature that dramatically improves the browsing experience. A custom-coded product filter on the shop page handles the complex variant combinations that standard WooCommerce filters cannot manage.
For international sales, EU VAT validation was integrated to automatically verify buyer VAT numbers and deduct tax accordingly for eligible EU businesses. Multiple payment methods and country-specific tax rules were configured for a smooth, compliant checkout across 27 countries. Three languages were integrated throughout.
