To grow their business across Europe, the company needed a robust online platform that showcases their product range and simplifies bulk purchasing.
This required VAT validation that both verifies EU business numbers and automatically applies tax exemptions for eligible clients — a technically precise requirement that needed to work reliably across 27 countries.
We built a custom WooCommerce B2B platform with EU VAT validation integrated at checkout, automatically identifying and deducting VAT for registered EU businesses. Automated PDF invoicing was configured for all orders. A dedicated B2B and wholesale section was built to clearly present bulk ordering terms and product specifications. Warehouse system integration was implemented for automated order and stock management.
Custom delivery pricing conditions were configured for different EU markets. Google Consent Mode v2 was set up for compliance. Custom product and category page templates were built throughout. The platform achieves a 78% engagement rate — reflecting that wholesale buyers genuinely read and engage with the content.
