Laimas Nami is a comprehensive utility service provider for residential properties in Salaspils, Latvia. They needed a digital solution that effectively showcased their range of specialised services for apartments and houses, and provided residents with a clear, intuitive path to get help or get in touch.
The client needed more than a basic website — they needed dedicated service pages, a project gallery for completed work, an informative FAQ section for common resident questions, an integrated blog for regular updates, and smooth redirection to their client portal. Our approach focused on creating a fully responsive, user-friendly website that accurately represents Laimas Nami’s brand identity and service quality.
We built a clean WordPress website with dedicated landing pages for each service area, each structured to answer common resident questions and guide users to the right contact or next step. A clear navigation flow was designed to move users efficiently between services, FAQ, contacts, and the client portal. A custom project gallery section was built to showcase completed work.
A FAQ section was added for residents, and a blog infrastructure was set up for regular updates. Full technical SEO optimisation was applied throughout. The result achieves a 39.1% Google search click-through rate — more than six times the industry average of around 3-5%.
