B2B Sales Development Representative

Quo build is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We specialise in creating online stores, business websites, and landing pages, as well as building e-commerce brands. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our services to businesses seeking a strong online presence.


  • Identify and research potential clients.

  • Cold outreach campaigns development.

  • Schedule and manage meetings with qualified leads for the Project Manager.

  • Stay informed about industry trends.


  • Passion for business, sales, digital landscape and most importantly - willingness to learn.

  • Ability to craft persuasive sales copy and tailor messages to specific audiences.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a determination to meet and exceed targets.

  • Excellent English language skills both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software.

  • We can teach you everything you need, all we ask for is willingness to learn and succeed.


  • As this is an active sales role, commissions play a big part.
    You will receive a % of every deal you bring in.
    The base pay is in range of 700-1100 EUR (depending on experience).

  • We want you to bring in 3-5 deals every month which would result in gross salary in range of 2000-4000+ EUR gross.
  • Earning potential is uncapped.

  • Flexible Work Arrangements, Remote work and no micromanagement.

  • Clear daily and weekly KPI's will be set and all actions has to be recorded in the sales CRM.
