Training Lab provides engaging, practical business-training programs aimed at leadership, teamwork, sales and communication. They came to us needing a website structure that clearly reflected the connections between courses, coaches, blog posts and services — so that every piece feels integrated and works together.
We mapped out the content flow so that each course page links seamlessly to its coach, blog posts tie into that same coach, and related courses are dynamically shown in context. For instance, when a coach is selected for a course, the coach becomes the author of the course and their other courses appear automatically; if they don’t have any, the system displays other relevant courses. We built a custom mechanism to track form submissions so the client always knows from which page a user signed up — seemingly simple, but it required a tight, clear data-flow behind the scenes.
We also created custom templates for the various post types: coaches (team), vacancies/jobs, courses, blog posts — each designed with logic to pull in related content, ensure brand consistency and promote a fluid user experience. The site design was a collaboration with the client (they had strong ideas), and though it wasn’t the flashiest build we’ve done, functionally the structure is robust and tailored to their needs.
In short, the site now acts as a connected ecosystem: coaches, courses, blog + sign-up funnel all tied neatly and designed to scale with Training Lab’s growing program catalogue.
