With a history of serving customers with solar solutions, Energymaster sought to expand into offering a diverse range of products while enhancing customer education and usability on their website.
The challenge was to create a user-friendly e-commerce platform with intuitive navigation across multiple product categories. Special emphasis was placed on developing educational landing pages to guide customers in understanding product functionalities and choosing suitable solutions. Strategically designed user journeys allowed seamless transitions between educational content and product offerings.
Key features included a custom calculator for energy consumption estimation, integrated forms for inquiries and orders, and leasing options to enhance flexibility for customers. The goal was to empower customers with tools and resources to make informed decisions effortlessly.
