B2B Sales Development Representative

Quo build is seeking for a B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We specialise in developing online stores, business websites, and landing pages, as well as building e-commerce brands.

As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base in existing and new regions by promoting our services to businesses that lack a strong online presence. 

PAREIGOS

  • Nustatykite ir ištirkite potencialius klientus.
  • Cold outreach through Calls, E-mails, LinkedIn, Instagram.
  • Set meetings with qualified leads for the BDM.
  • Record all actions in the sales CRM.
  • The goal is 3-5 closed deals every month.

REIKALAVIMAI

  • We look for someone with grit, willingness to learn and great communication skills.
  • Ability to craft persuasive sales copy, scripts and tailor messages to specific audiences.

KĄ MES SIŪLOME

  • Salary (Base pay + Sales Commissions) in range of 2000-4000 EUR gross.
  • Base pay in range of 700-1000 EUR gross.
  • Earning potential is uncapped.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements, Remote work and no micromanagement.
  • Clear daily, weekly and monthly KPI's will be set.
  • Sales training and support to help you reach the goals.
  • Paid gym membership after probation period.
